Imitation Metal
Metal frames have become more popular over recent years especially as mirror frames, however, as a general rule they are a lot heavier and more expensive than timber frames. That’s why we have designed our range of imitation metal finishes, which we apply to timber frames. Our imitation metal collection includes shades that range from brass, to bronze and copper and, as with all our samples, we can adapt them to be customised to match samples so they'll look right at home in any design scheme.
Examples of our imitation metal finishes used on frames and mirrors:
- - Scallop corner mirror in imitation satin brass with gold metal leaf reeded brackets.
- - A light imitation brushed brass bevelled mirror with matching metal brackets in the same brushed brass finish.
- - Our Kingscote Mirror in imitation satin brass.
- - Sex and Takeout print by Sarah Bahbah in an imitation bronze box frame.
- - A shaped light antique panelled mirror in an imitation bronze frame.
- - An earthy toned ceramic Marquette by Sara Dodd floated on a linen mount in an imitation dark bronze Friston frame.
- - A bespoke Petworth Mirror in an imitation brass frame with a painted cream inlay.
- - Samples of our imitation metal finishes in light brushed brass and pewter
