SAMPLES
Finish samples are sent out via Royal Mail and delivery is free of charge. Click here to view and order mirror and finish samples.
ONLINE DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery for items purchased online will be calculated at checkout using your postcode.
DELIVERY USING OUR PATRICK IRELAND VAN:
Based in East Sussex, we make regular deliveries to London and the surrounding area using our own driver and van. If your postcode is within our delivery radius, you will be given this option to select at check out, and we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.
DELIVERY USING THE SPECIALIST COURIER COMPANY:
For products travelling further afield, we offer deliveries through Proovia, and once an order has been received, we will contact you directly to arrange delivery via Proovia on a day convenient to you. If ordering one of our Off the Shelf items, we aim to dispatch within 5-7 working days. If ordering a bespoke, made to order item, our lead time will be specified on the product page or on your quote, and we will contact you closer to completion to arrange delivery.
RETURNS:
Off the Shelf and ready-made products can be returned, as long as we are notified of your desire to do so within 28 days of the order date. You then have a further 14 days to return the item. Please email sales@patrickirelandframes.com with your invoice number and reason for return.
All items must be returned in their original packaging and as long as they are received in saleable condition, we will refund you the full amount or issue a credit for future purchases with us.
Please note: You will be responsible for the cost of the return, but we can offer guidance of the best means of return. Never send any items without any form of delivery tracking, and please note that you are responsible for all returned goods until they arrive at our workshop.

CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations can be made within 2 working days of your order, or if the item has not been dispatched yet. If the item has already been dispatched, please follow our returns guidelines.
