When framing this painting, Upholstery Study #6 (Arriva 402), by Kent-based artist Edward Liddle, we used our Star profile to catch the light along its many angles and create a dynamic boundary for Ed’s captivating mark-making. Finished in Farrow & Ball Studio Green with matching fillets, this delicate rice paper was carefully floated on an off-white conservation board that works so beautifully with the opacity of the painting.
